Car Subscriptions: How Delivery & Collection Work

Once you’ve signed your car contract, all that’s left is to get your car on the driveway. But how does delivery work with a Wagonex subscription? And what happens when your subscription ends and it's time to arrange for your car to be collected?
Is Delivery & Collection Available For All Vehicles?
As a car subscription marketplace, we work with a range of trusted subscription providers. This approach enables us to offer you an extensive range of makes and models, ensuring you can find the perfect fit for you. However, working with a range of Partners also means that the way delivery & collection works will vary based on the vehicle you select.
Delivery & Collection Fees
Most of our partners charge for delivery and collection. When you browse our vehicles, if you’re unsure what the delivery or collection charge is for the vehicle you are viewing, you can use our ‘chat’ feature or contact our team on 020 3002 0976 to clarify.
Is Delivery & Collection Available
Although the fees may vary, all of our Partners offer convenient delivery to your door. This means that you don’t need to worry about arranging travel to the dealership. It's all part of our commitment to making your car subscription experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible.
Once your subscription has finished, all of our Partners will collect the vehicle for you.
How Long Does Delivery Take
All of our partners aim to deliver your car to you within 5 days of completing the application process, ensuring you can start driving without unnecessary delays. However, as Wagonex is a marketplace, this can vary depending on the vehicle you select. When you request a vehicle you’re able to choose a preffered delivery date, you’ll receive an email letting you know whether the partner needs to change this date based on vehicle availability once your request has been accepted.
How To Request a Return
When your subscription is nearing its end date and you need to arrange collection, simply log in to your Account and navigate to 'my current subscriptions.' From there, you can select 'return' and choose a collection date. Once your request is received, the supplier will coordinate the vehicle's return and conduct a BVRLA fair wear and tear check to assess its condition.
